Comprehensive Group Insurance
DistTech offers a very comprehensive group insurance plan, which includes medical, prescription, dental, vision and basic life insurance with the option to purchase up to an additional $300,000 of life insurance.

Retirement Savings Program
Employees are eligible to participate in the company's 401(K) plan the first of the month following six months of full-time employment. The Company matches a fixed percentage on every dollar the employee contributes to the Plan, up to a maximum of 8% of annual income. At all times, 100% of the employee contribution belongs to the employee. Matching dollars have a vesting period of 20% per year, with all matching dollars vested after five years.

Million Mile Program
Drivers who achieve one million miles of continuous accident-free driving receive a gold ring with a diamond insert along with recognition in the Company newsletter.

Vacation Policy
All full-time employees are awarded one week of vacation on their first anniversary. Two weeks of vacation are awarded upon completion of their second year of employment continuing through their seventh year of employment. Three weeks are awarded for the eighth through the thirteenth year and four weeks are awarded each year after 13 years.

Driver Referral Bonus Program
A minimum of $1000 will be paid to any Drivers who successfully recruit new drivers. Installments of $500 will be paid after the recruited driver successfully completes the New Hire Training Program and after 6 months of service.

Equipment
Our transportation equipment is considered state-of-the-art in the industry. Tractors are divided into three categories -- Local, Over-the-Road and Team. All tractors are equipped with Wabco ABS brakes and either Detroit Diesel series 60 or Caterpillar C12 or C13 engines. All auxiliary equipment is operated via hydropack hydraulic unloading systems. Other comforts include cruise control, Jake brakes, air ride suspension and air conditioning. In addition, all tractors have Qualcomm satellite systems that allow the driver and dispatcher to communicate day and night.
